Before use, mix the product by rolling it between your hands (do not shake it). The top coat is applied to any hardened color and then hardened in a lamp. For a more visible particle effect, we apply an additional layer of top coat. Before removing the manicure, gently matt the Top BlinkBlink with a file or a polishing pad.
