Top No Wipe Sparkling Blue is a home method for quick holiday nail art. In the proven No Wipe formula, which does not require washing, we have embedded shiny particles in the blue color of the holiday sky, which will subtly emphasize the color of sun-kissed skin. The sun's rays will accentuate the shine of the particles and subtly decorate your favorite holiday manicure. The shiny blue particle looks different in every light, but it always beautifully adorns your sun-kissed hands.

Application:
Before use, mix the product by rolling it between your hands (do not shake it). The top coat is applied to any hardened color and then hardened in a lamp. Before removing the manicure, gently matt the Top Sparkling with a nail file or a polishing pad.
Curing time:
UV LED 24 W lamp - 30 sec.
Lamp UV LED 36 W - 30 sec.
Lamp UV LED 48/24 W - 30 sec.
UV lamp 36 W - 120 sec.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
