Carefully prepared nails are a solid basis for a good hybrid manicure. A dehydrator is a liquid used to prepare the nail plate before styling. Its main purpose is to remove moisture and the lipid layer from the nail surface. The dehydrator should be applied to a previously prepared nail plate that has been matt and dust-free.

How to use:
