A jewelry top for hybrid varnishes. Provides a shiny, durable manicure with a subtle glitter finish. It will work both for everyday and for an elegant evening outing, it will also be a great finish for a wedding manicure. The top looks phenomenal on any color - it makes light colors very elegant, and thanks to it, dark ones gain a sophisticated depth. The intensity of the shimmering dust effect can be increased by adding a second layer of top.

The top does not have a dispersion layer - it does not require wiping with Nail Cleaner after curing.

Curing time :

Lamp UV LED 12 W - 60 sec.
UV LED 24W / 36 lamp - 30 sec.
UV LED 24W / 48 lamp - 30 sec.
Diamond UV LED 24W / 48 lamp - 30 sec.
Diamond UV LED 36W / 54 lamp - 30 sec.

Description

Application :

Before use, mix the product by rolling it in your hands (do not shake). Apply the top coat to any cured color, then cure in the lamp. To obtain a more visible particle effect, apply an additional layer of top coat. Before removing the manicure, gently mattify Top Blink Blink with a file or a polishing block.
